Technical information center (TIC)
TIC is located in Hippos Hall (see map). Competitors get the number tags from TIC. TIC is open:
Thursday 18.3. 18.00-20.00
Friday 19.3. 08.30-18.00
Saturday 20.3. 08.00-18.00
Sunday 21.3. 08.00-17.00
Signing in
At the latest 90 min before each start at poster boards next to the TIC.
Number tags
Each athlete shall wear two number tags (back/front). In field events one number tag is enough.
Calling
Running events 20 min, field events 30 min, except pole vault 45 min.
Relays
Age groups are 35-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 etc. At least two runners have to belong appropriate age group. Older runners can participate younger age groups, but younger can not participate older age groups. Signing in for relays ends saturday 20.3. two hours before first relay. Signing in should be made in TIC.
Weight throw
Weight throw will be outside, near to Hippos Hall.
Results
Results will be presented on message boards next to the cafe. Protest time is 30 min from the time written on the resultlist. Written complaints will be handed into the TIC , accompanied by a fee at a total of 30 €.
Results will be also at our website after each day.
Awards ceremony
There is a separate timetable for awards ceremonies. Medalists shall gather at the meeting room (see map) before ceremonies.
Get together party
Get together party will be at Night Jyväskylä saturday 7.00 pm. Night Jyväskylä is located below Sokos Hotel Jyväshovi (see map). Tickets to party are still on sale. If you want tickets contact us via e-mail: toimisto(at)jku.fi
